Italeri Ka-52 "Alligator"

Hello everyone. This one is the KA-52 Alligator from Italeri. This model is a prototype, it has some similarities with the last, current Ka-52 in Russia, yet there's not any kit that resembles this newest one, so i had to go with this one 🙂

It's a reissued, old kit (ca. 2000), yet it's a smooth and clean one. Only thing i'd complain is, the main rotor section must be fit in from the very beginning of the building process, which gave me some hard time while sanding top side. Other than that, no problems reported! However, by my mistake, it leans left a bit, because of the wheels i suppose :/

Used Humbrol 85 Coal Black for main coat, and applied the decals directly. Didn't spray any other coats because i pretty much liked the natural finish of the color and i don't have a Satin coat 🙂
