Ian DoodyPainting has now got to the second grey wash stage, I'll be going up to off white soon, also used a muck wash and rusted up some areas of the engine deck. Rear armour is removable to see the engine deck, fan and exhaust detail. Painted up the lower engine power pipes too..

Ian DoodyHi Mr D, it's an interesting kit, definitely a throw back to an older time. Not a patch on the new 1/48 Airfix kits, but it's a fun aircraft to make. The sprue gates are huge though, I've found photo etch knife blades very useful.
