Roger TrewenackHi Bughunter, all part of the de-Agostini subscription based kit - I'm not adding anything extra unless I absolutely have to, this thing is SO BIG, and so HEAVY!!! I think my glass shelves may struggle holding this!!

Stephan FässlerFinished it with a Matt varnish, however, should it be semi gloss for the metal parts, and the Matt varnish only for the green top paint and bottom? It looks a bit flat with the Matt varnish overall…
Seems the Orginal planes did not look too shiny during war times…
Heavy weathering on the bottom part due to many mistakes to cover up 😂 but was thankful it still was manageable for a a my first scale model build.

JohnI think it looks good Stephan. 👍 I misted a very light coat of matte varnish on to my F-84 and I think it replicates fairly well the dull, but not too dull, aluminum of an aircraft in service.
