Thanks David, I have the resin wheels and a new turret for the Op Grandby Ferret already.

Looking good. Just one small nitpick: with the superstructure you added instead of the turret, this is a Ferret Mk. 1/2, not a Mk. 2 🙂

Hi Jakko, i believe the only difference between the Mk1 and Mk2 was the turret, as that is not being used here i think it should be just about there.

Exactly 🙂 With no turret but just an opening in the hull top, it's a Mk. 1, with a turret it's a Mk. 2, and with the stepped superstructure as you have here, it's called a Mk. 1/2. So the kit is correct when it says it's a Mk. 2, but because you replaced the turret, it's not a Mk. 2 anymore 🙂

Done. This took quite a while, but I am happy with the result.

I got this kit for a reduced price on a flea-market - due to the fact that the cockpit and seat were missing. The former owner spoiled it or put it aside - I don't know exactly. But it wouldn't be me not taking this challenge. Lets go and scratch an Eurofighther cockpit...
