I once have allready built one of these remarkable kits, so I will not show every step of the building process.
This first Ju-87G has been sold, the recent one with winter camo and Verlindens Jumo 211 will be purchased by a collector- so I have to build one for myself this time! 🙂
For both aircraft I am using Eduards "Big Ed" set.

Hi Philip, welcome! Well... the cockpits consists in wide areas of Eduards contributions to modelling... The kit is not a new one, but Hasegawa did a very fine job!

Roland, you have to tell us your secret: How do you actually start and finish multiple projects - I usually start something like 10 and finish 2.......... per year 😄

Hello all- and thank you for your interest!
Aghis, you are right, maybe that´s a little bit megalomaniac, even for my appetite... 🙂 We will see how long these projects will take for being finished.
Sorry, but besides drinking delectable Austrian coffee and Red Bull I remind no secrets to share... 🙂

Austrian coffee is nice😉 I have to start work on my Kanonenvogel too, so I have to increase my coffee stash (I cannot drink redbull) 🙂

Albi, it was just a remark on the circumstance, that there is a lot of sanding work to do on two 32scale birds. The fit of the Hasegawa kits is near to perfect, but you will have to neaten glue lines and some filling here and there.
I will add some new pictures when finished with that.

... Ah thank you Roland. I was a little surprised about the words "lot" and "sanding" in conjunction with "Hasegawa" 😉 ... but you never know these days!

After some time I am going to complete the Ju-87 "Kanonenvogel"- projects before beginning the two Yaks.
Preshading is done and RLM 65 has been applied, the small area of Alclad Aluminum prepares some wear and tear on this areas.
Now on with some masking work!

RLM 65/70/71 has been applied- one of Gunze Aqueous most delicate and workable colours! You see the surfaces glare under a coat of Gunze clear "gloss": next will be the "EagleCals" decals!

New pictures show the surfaces sealed and ready for further wear and tear. I used the Hasegawa kit decals wherever possible- the ones from EagleCal proved to be rather not impressive...
Next step will see all the flaps, canon pods and canopy parts attached!

Got the finishing touches on that model today. Quite a big beast!
Everything went fine, the only trouble was caused by me- I had to fumble a lot to get the headlamp lens into position without ruining the already painted areas around. Next time I will clue and mask that damned part before I start painting!
Very well then, it´s done- I hope you like the pictures!

Superb work Roland!
I like the interior the most. Awesome!
I like the dusty look of the camouflage as well ... it looks "real".

I like the result. Personally I would do a bit more fading and would make it downright dirty..., but it is a very good piece of model work just the same. Now where is the crew ? 🙂

Thank you Aghis, I will thoroughly consider your suggestion for the next Ju-87 on the bench! This time with naked Jumo and in heavy muddy and winterly condition...
Crew has gone for lunch 🙂

Hi Roland,
I have a Revell Stuka in my stash, and as said I would like very much to follow yours in the winter camo.

Album info
Two of Hasegawas big Ju 87G will be built, one displaying Verlindens Resin Junkers Jumo 211 and a very dirty winter camo, the other with an uncommon but attractive orange strip on the cowling.
