Excellent work. I love Porco Russo. Probably the best animated movie I've ever seen

Oh yeah... here's the album I was looking for... this is such great work. Fantastic. I'm going to try and steal all your good ideas.

Oh, don't you worry... I have no shame. At the moment, I'm debating myself if I can get by just adapting the Stranraer by itself. I see why you used the Dornier kits, especially for the tail... but I'm not sure I want to commit to 2 to 3 large kits for this build. Partly because the only one I can easily lay my hands on is the Stranraer. Of course, by carefully studying your build, I think I can actually squeeze 3 planes out of this one kit (with a bit of help from the spares drawer). Like you, I'm not dying for 100% accuracy. For me "close enough" is close enough most of the time.

Plane of the Pirates (Mammaiuto) of the Adriatic Sea in the Porco Rosso cartoon by Hayao Miyazaki.
It is the third part of a trilogy of mine dedicated to that movie.
