Thanks Nathan, it was a quick build; no sanding of rivets, no putty, and simple rattle can painting. I enjoyed it emensly. I still have to place a small brass placard above the missile, but I can't get it until they lift this "stay at home" order.

Hey Dutch, nice work. I restored the Snark kit for an Museum some years ago. I did an article about the rebuild for ARC. It is also here in my article tap. Also a fellow Pennsylvanian.

Thank you John. Nice work on your rebuild. I plan on a complete Snark diorama using the 1:48 Lindberg kit and extra vehicles to depict an alert launch scene at Presque Isle AFB, Maine circa 1960-61. It is still in the planning and gathering resources stages. Check out my project under my 1/48 Aircraft collections here on SCM. K/r, Dutch

Hey Dutch, I will check it out. I had the same kind of idea. I found another 1/48 Snark kit with plans to build a diorama as well in the future.

You could even build a rusty snark sitting in the jungle as a diorama: airforcemag.com/article/1204snark/

Ben, I could also build an underwater Snark with a scuba diver. It would be just as realistic! N'est pas?

No worries, Brother Ray! You've been busy wrestling the KC-130J to the mat. And a nice job you've made of it.
