Some sheet styrene (in two layers even for more detail), might be fun here I think, for the landing gear doors. The thinnest sheet styrene I know of, is the 0.010 inch ones from Evergreen (sells styrene rods, sheets etc).
0.010 inch = 0.25 mm according to the package I have. On the package it is written as ".010"

I need to get some sheet styrene and play around with it. At the moment my country is still on "lockdown" and the hobby stores are all closed 🙁
