When I look at your red sportscar I saw something in commen: they have red rims. The Corvette C7 and the Porsche 993 Turbo. Funny, isn't it? I never noticed it when I looked at the kits alone. But now, I see it.
I'm smiling About the headlights. Didn't you notice the mistake first, when you tried to put them on place of the rear Lights? Nevertheless: it Looks good. The car.

That "red cars with red rims" is truly interesting, i didn't notice it at all! At least, as i made the pictures past weeks...because they were all bilt in different years :8...and as the standing in the showcase, you see normaly the front of the models 😄.
As i painted the headlights, i was defenitly blind...let them dry and after taht i noticed, i took the wrong parts...

...and in the meantime, the red headlights are gone and btw i painted the rims grey. NOW, i like it!

She sure looks nice in red Dominik. Any fit issues, asides from front lights in the rear? A real shame you removed those pictures 😉

I wrote it in your wip. I only remember the fitting from the hood after painting. It is really tight.
Another tip. Take attention on the fitting from the front and rear bumper. I think, if I would build one again, I will glue some stripes inside the body for better fitting. I had a lot of sanding work to get the bumpers smooth.

I have been dry fitting the bumpers, to see if the whole body could be painted in one piece. The front looks like it can be glued in place, but the rear has almost no attachment points. Definitely will use some strip there!

If I remember correctly, i painted the body with front and rear bumpers and it went well together
