No, not something special, it is documented by a photograph. Most probably the ailerons are spares taken from another aircraft.

Sopwith Camel F1 of the Greek Naval Air Service (NAY) 1919.
At the end of their operational carreer NAY camels were looking rather "tired" using parts from every possible source to keep them airworthy.
