Battleship Bismarck-class (Hachette)
Master and copy
New main towers for Hachette's Bismarck. Unfortunately the photoengraving that acted as sheets of the towers on the wooden frames that should have housed them did not match, too much work and too ugly would have turned out in the end, I preferred to make a "master" tower and then reproduce all four with a silicone mold. Fortunately, the smaller caliber towers in the kit were better and were decent after assembly ... What a struggle with this kit! Has anyone who made the same model run into the same problem?

Thank you, yes the work seems to be going pretty well, but it's a difficult model, I had to take a bit of a break by dedicating myself to other models ... I hope not to abandon it on the shelf 🙂

Jörg, you do well, but I will definitely disappoint you, mine will not be as great a fabulous show as yours! Congratulations on the work you have done, "aging" is great!
