I used AK Interactive Diorama products. They have different products for snow effect!

Nice work! I'm working with that link-system on this wagon. A bit challenging 😛 (When I served in the Norwegian Armed Forces back in 1997-98, we used the BV-206DN6 as a liaison vehicle. I have spent MANY hours in one like this)
