Have this kit too - cockpit looks good, all OOB?

OOB except for some stuff on the seat. The seatbelts are FineMolds, and the throttle/ejection handles were made from stretched sprue.

I see you use the same colour as I for sea blue 👍. I apply it thin over black primer.

I tried it over black primer but the blue didn't come through at all. It just looked black. I lightly dusted the black primer with gray primer to get more of the blue hues.

Now you mention it! Stupid me - I lighten up the black with intermediate blue
