60 cm Flakscheinwerfer 36
Stowage and paint added
Vanes were removed from projector's inside. Seems they were only installed on navy projectors for Morse code communication.
Foldable seat ready, 2.0 Flak ammo box holders removed from both fender sides
Retaining clamp soldered and added to frame-it holds the strut while stowed. Butterfly nut added to strut.
Kit built OOB
Replacement for a clamp I lost in a hotel room in Plovdiv
2 rivets are missing from each column- MasterClub's resin 0.5 mm rivets came to the rescue. The instrument panel had a divider between the amper- and voltmeter
Molded powerlines look good, but will be difficult to paint. Plus- 2 of them connect to power inlets on the other side of the frame.I used 0.35 mm wire.
Elevation gear was stored separately when the projector was transported.I had to dismount it, cut and thin the round body, run it through the clamps and glue it again. It worked.
In transport mode, the projector was fixed to the frame by a rigid strut. I still have some work on this strut...
