Album info
The F-18 C entered finnish service in 1996 following MIG-21 and Saab 35 Draken. They were interceptors without ground attack capabilities. Midlife updates between 2006 and 2016 included air-to-ground missiles and bombs, so the designation was then changed from F-18 to F/A-18.
The older Italeri-kit fits well. The instructions were clear. The openings of the M61 Vulcan cannon were drilled with 0.7 mm.
