I'm a bit dumbfounded by the number of fit issues I'm running into so far. Usually Eduard kits are pretty good but this one is weird with parts larger than they should be, causing massive gaps in fuselage or wing assemblies.

I've been building the Arma boxing of the Mk I and I've had a lot of fit issues too. I keep hearing what good kits they are, so I was assuming I was doing something wrong, but interesting to hear your experience too! You're making a much better job of it than me!

For me the largest fit issue was the cockpit. The instrument panel is so wide I had to trim quite a bit off with nippers, which messed up the edges of the PE details. I also had to omit the triangular piping entirely because it was just to big for the fuselage halves to close even after trimming the edges. I decided to go with a closed-cockpit display for this one because of that.

Ha, just last night I removed so much instrument panel that it was ruined, and snipped the triangular part to get it in! I'm feeling much better about myself now!

I guess it's an Arma plastic issue then, I'm also not a fan of how they connect the parts to the sprue. Ironically enough, I was considering the Arma Hurricane and only went with the Eduard because it's 40% cheaper here. Despite being the same kit with higher detail PE ha.
