Daniel O'GradyDiluted PVA and tissue paper to try and bring some life to the canvas roof part.
All other parts have been clear coated, decalled and sealed in with another clear coat.
Next stage will be trimming and painting the roof and begining the weathering process.

TreehuggerA small metal file like the the 'double smooth cut' file set from Tamiya is really nice for sanding off excess plastic, even found on newer kits. I've used them so much/hard I've started to wear down the metal on one of them.

Daniel O'GradyEverything primed and ready for colour. Wheels primed using Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Grey, everything else primed with Mr. Finishing Surfacer 1500 Black.

Daniel O'GradyAll parts except for the figures have been painted. Wanted to make it a bit more interesting so decided to give it a camo scheme. Just need to do a bit of painting in the interior. Progressing nicely.

Daniel O'GradyFigures and wheels especially were noted with a lot of flash. Worth the effort to remove the flash and clean up parts.
The gun had a large ejector pin mark on the left side of the barrel which required careful scraping with a scalpel blade, then light filling and sanding.
The gun is now fully built. Next job will be primer coat.
