The French camo is the most probable, agree that the scheme on the wings and the fuselage is speculative, but I hope to some extent it reflects the way she actually looked like. Four photos that were taken at Le Bourget by the Germans in June 1940 showing the tail with the Polish checkboard and the wing with French cockades, the fact that SP-BPM was overhauled in France in March 1940, not in GB like SP-BNF, that she didn't come back from France despite British desire to purchase her in May 1940, and that it could not be any French L-14, all these elements just fit each other.
