Swedish Army IFV (Combat Vehicle) CV9040. The A-model was the first serial version, since then it’s been updated through B to D models.
I’ve backdated the kit B-version to A-version. The most obvious difference is the box on the left side of the gun.
The commanders hatch is semi-open (in Swedish this is called “umbrella position”) the purpose of this position of the hatch is to give the commander better situational awareness with reasonable protection.
Some other parts reconstructed and scratch built.
The diorama is supposed to be the training ground/firing range on Gotland, with a couple of targets in a trench in the early 2000’s.
The figurine is a surplus one from Djiti Production.
