Once again my powers of observation failed me as I initially attached the s-foils arse-about-face. Well, not quite, but I got the whole opening/closing mechanism arsed up.

Lots of sawing, drilling, and gluing later, they were on the right way. I really should learn to pay attention to the instructions.
