Have not had time to start on this project, I will start sanding on all parts today, hopefully I can start mounting the parts for priming today as well.

All parts have been sanded and mounted ready for priming.

All parts have been primed except the body and body components. I think the gray primer will change the yellow color of the body, therefore I will be buying a white primer for the body and body components.
Painting of the engine and engine components is completed, I am only waiting on the paint to fully cure to assemble the engine.
Will now move forward to painting the rest of the parts in order to start the detailing process on the parts if needed.
I need to do tests on the body color, I don't know if a gloss coat would look ok on this type of car. I will do spoon tests with a gloss clear and a matte clear.

I remembered I have a Model Masters White Primer compatible with the Model Masters Daytona Yellow, as well as a Model Masters Flat Black color.
I need to retouch the dashboard as there were some areas I missed when painting it the first time. But besides this, pretty much the interior will be completed, I just need to assemble it and apply the decals that with the interior roll cage.
Need to start on the paint job for the chassis, will prime the body and components today with Model Masters Enamel White Primer.

Interior, engine, and chassis are completed. I need to repaint the engine covers, I did not like how the paint looked after it had dried. I need to start the process of painting the body. Will evaluate the body and components for any areas that still need sanding.
