Does anyone know if or where this model kit might be found? The missus was reading about the USS Constitution & decided that it was such an epic ship that she wanted one in her scale & waterline to match up with her other ships. Their official website seems to be out of service & I'd never heard of the brand prior to this what with being an aircraft builder...

Thank you very much! I sent a message to a Chinese seller last night trying to sell the full hull version for $59.99 plus shipping. Does that sound about right? (I asked if he had access to the waterline version.)

Pricey but if it's for the missus' hobby & I'm not about to question it. I consider myself lucky enough that she shares my passion for model building! I also contacted n-lion & he says that he is out of stock. The Chinese seller, globaltoy2, told me the same for the waterline version & then probably ran my question through a translator because he was able to elaborate that the factory is out of stock & they don't know when it will resume production. All they have is the full hull version. Theoretically she could saw the bottom off of the full hull version, I guess, but I'd worry about her getting a decent even cut & the resin hull standing up to that. Easy to figure out where the waterline is, at least, since it's exactly 3" at the waterline.
