Ian BrandtThe plaster street is from Fields of Glory in UK. The brick wall is the old Tamiya brickwall set, modified and with balsa copings and post. The loose bricks were an old Verlinden set and the railings are from an old model railway PE scenery set. The tram post is from MiniArt.

Sergey E.Mike, у меня есть собранный СТЗ-5 ( в альбомах) и есть БМ-13 от "Звезды" (тоже в Альбомах). СТЗ крайне приятен в сборке, модель очень хорошая, рекомендую всем.

Sergey E.Очень популярно! Постоянно вижу новости, что открываются детские клубы. В московских школах практически в каждом классе есть школьник, который увлекается стендовым моделизмом. В разных регионах постоянно проводятся выставки и конкурсы. С каждым годом всё больше и больше новых производителей дополнений для моделизма.

It is very high on my to do list, just desperataly looking for ARMA´s Su-25SM/SM3 conversion set which is not available here in the west.

Thomas WirschingYes its this one also here at scalemates Conversion kit Su-25SM/SM3 (Arma Models AM48156, 1:48) I have no clue if Russian airforce use different models at the moment or if they all are alreadey upgraded to SM3 standart? I tried to get this kit but sadly its impossible for me to get kits from Russia to Germany. Damned sanctions...

Thinking about a custom paint job on the second spitfire with reference to the album power slave of which Aces High is from. Have some home print decal sheets that I have been meaning to use for years so might try testing them out. Revell have been kind enough to send a second Eddie Sprue so will have him seated in both planes when completed.

They have been easy to print and super quick to detach from the backing compared to official decals. Interesting to play with but a note to the wise, figure the decals you want and their placement as transparent decals will only be visible on light colours. See my body art for an example!
You then have the issue of how to get round this, which I have yet to decide the best method. Thinking maybe a top coat then a second run through the printer!
Both white and transparent paper are hard to adhere to bumps on the surface without creating bubbles, think this might be A: thickness B:my poor application (more likely 😅).
I need to find some junk kits to do some proper testing before I next use them on a project I think 🤔

Good luck with it, sometimes double printing can off-set a little so make sure paper 100% straight.

Edouard CarrCalling this one done. I had an idea for the blue plane but didn't come off as I wanted so putting to one side as a in-between pick up. TBH it's almost completed going to try a grey wash and might leave it at that. I might come back to the idea but on a smaller 48/72 scale.
You gotta try things now and again and I think I will come back to the home transfers as they worked better than expected.
Hope you enjoyed the build all and now... On to the next project!
