nice collection. is the decoration done with decals or painted? i am mostly talking about the very dark with light blue on the sides, and the golden decoration of the blue/purple

On both cars are decals. The Skull on the Van is hand-painted.

After a long, knackering week I blew off steam with a long modelling session. Huge fun and I was occasionally competent, although I mainly demonstrated my lack of skill! The van is coming together and might work ok with the figures.

As I'm basically an old man now, some old man modelling. 1/24 ancient 80s Takara VOTOMS Scopedog, updated by Wave. The legs and feet I'm happy with, but I'm adding card to the bottom of the body, to raise its waist, and I'll be shortening the arms slightly too.

It's a Hasegawa cover, so it's great. You just need to be careful when gluing the top of the hull, where you glue other inserts for the drop cabin or car door. I've added a scan of the instructions.
