Thank you very much, much appreciated 🙂
@Alexander: there are a lot of kits out there :-D
Ich empfehle die 68/69 Chevelle oder Camaro von Revell . tolle Bausätze und perfekt zu bauen.

Missing the side markers on that custom painted Chevy 😄 This car is cool. I like that rear window and trunk lid. That looks pretty as well as the bulges on the sides.

Thank you mates.
@Nigel, It was my choice, never thought in this case on a period correct color/vinyl roof color. I got it in grey with black vinyl / interior and overhauled it.
in 1970/1 Chevrolet had a "Caramel Bronze", in 1971 the color was called Burnt Orange or Ontario Orange, Dark Beige or Medium Beige for interiors was possible.
Perhaps, it was a special order 😉 knowbody knows
@Christian: good point, sidemarkers missed to paint .

Great save of a kit that lost it's way. Really like the roof treatment. Very authentic.

Nice progress, very nice and lovely done chipping - took a seat here as I´m very interested in some more detail pics on your chipping work 👍

Nice work. The pilot figure looks a thousand times better molded/engineered than the Magic Factory crew figures, though. One of the best looking 1/48 figures I have ever seen. Where is it from, please?

Taking a seat as well... Good luck with that - and any other Rutan project you may tackle later... 👍 👍

Oh boy. I love the Voyager, but coming from AModel... That stuff looks really crude. I watch with interest.

I need to fabricate an air scoop. I think it's the carb intake. What's the best material to use for something like that?

Watching of course! And I keep my fingers crossed for your perseverance with this kit (I assembled it many years ago... 😉 )

Brave choice Sir!
Regarding the airscoop - I'd go for some styrene pipe and sand it to shape. Or perhaps sculpt it using milliput as plan B. Or a brasspipe + putty?

That's one ugly propeller. Looks like you will have some fun with sanding before you can really get started.
