Can anyone confirm whether or not an M1A2 TUSK 1 main battle tank can be carried on the M1000 HET trailer?
I've seen the trailer advertised as being able to carry 70 tons, and even up to 80 tons. But then I saw an article that said a newer trailer was being developed to carry the heavier, newer versions of the Abrams.
I'm trying to figure out which tank to put on the back of the truck.

Kind of at a pause point on this kit until I can figure out how to glue the air lines onto the plastic parts. So far all my attempts are not working well. I understand that it's not going to be a structural join, but it's got to at least withstand the installation. >: (

Okay, I seem to have found a glue that works for the air lines. A model making friend gave me some Bao Shun Da B-7000 "multi purpose adhesive". Tacks up in about 30 seconds, and seems pretty secure and flexible enough. It's also got a built in needle nozzle that's super handy.

Thanks! I thought it was interesting too. There's links to everything I could find about it (not terribly much) on the project page.

Does anyone know how to glue the air lines in on the M1000 trailer?
Hobby Boss gives you some very fine electrical wire, and tells you how to route it, and the length.
But connecting the wire to the polystyrene involves butting the wire to the "fitting", so it's maybe 0.5mm² area to hold the bond. I tried pulling the wire out to make a tube, but it's too fine to not break.
Suggestions?
