1965 Chevy Impala Foose™ Design
First attempt at painting was a disaster, you can see the silver paint did not take. Still do not know why, I had thoroughly washed it. Was a bit rough sanding it off and had to reform some of the body lines....more careful in the future. This however got me to change up the color scheme which I liked.
Should you mess with a Foose design? probably not! I did anyway, not much, just added a bit of exterior color. Went with a red/white scheme instead of the silver.

Steve BrunVery nice, Chris. Glad that silver made you change to this paint scheme. Your fades are awesome. My club hosted a zoom call with a guy who really helped me with my airbrush techniques a few months ago. His wed page is Model Paint Solutions. You may want to check it out although not sure if you really need to other than he may be able to shed some light on your problem with the silver. Again, beautiful job!
