Martin 167F No. 228 (ARK\FROG)
The coloring option will be as follows.
I started with the most "fun".
The fuselage of the Glenn (as the French called the Martin 167) looks small and elegant compared to F6F-3
It was possible to assemble a transparent nose, although there were doubts about success. Need lot of sanding works.
I am like an unscrupulous used car salesman, saying "this car is not broken and not repainted", but there is a sea of putty underneath the paint. 🙂
I've been tormented with the engines, it's impossible to do as in the instructions because they hang out inside the hoods. I hope the option as in the photo will be more successful.
The primer is applied. This time I used a primer from Vallejo and I really liked it.
A riot of colors 🙂
I applied a glossy varnish
I applied the decals
It remains to finish a couple of little things
"Martin" is finished.

Paintjob looks splendid! Did you spray it on freehand? It looks very consequent!

Thomas, yes, I sprayed it freehand. I still have little experience with this painting technique, but I'm learning and practicing.
