Also bought this SL in a convolut with another R129. While i used the second as a partscar for my current build (the navy blue Roadster) to take the tamiya interior in a Fujimi body, i restored this AMG.
Completed the body. repainted the hood because of a paintcrack and polished the rest. The window became his sunstripe "as always" and it was done.
Nice side project for and outstanding car . I'm happy with it. Not perfect, but "good enough" 🙂
