Popping the cockpit in.
Both sides together and filler on.
test fitting starboard wing.
Working hinges to fold the Wing.

all primed
masked up ready for some strips
Solvaset to get the decals over those rivets
Decals on and gloss coated.
Sludge wash on.
A little oil paint for gun soot and other bits of dirt.
Wings glued back and aerial started.
Aerial on.
Love this picture. Makes me feel like the effort paid off.

Album info
Larger scale basic model kit. This was supposed to be a "quick build" . It's been on the shelf a little while. I will experiment with some weathering techniques I have seen in books and internet.
