And what you did with the backpacks is really smart! The way you made them hollow on the back with the resin stem in the center! It makes it easy to remove the excess resin. Very cool

It also makes it easy to adjust on your model. Instead of sanding all the part, you simply remove that little knob! 🙂

That is a good question and I bet every modeler has some items he or she would like to see represented in either resin or PE that are currently unavailable.

I think where most current manufacturers are severely lacking is volume! Meaning, you can buy a set of munition and it has a very limited amount of casings and projectiles. Mostly not enough to create even a single diorama. The same goes for accessory sets like bedrolls, boxes, bottles (wine/beer/etc), bags, ammo pouches & other military gear. That's why I like your generic sets of the bedrolls, boxes, backpacks and oil drums so much. They contain many of them in one set, plus, they are REEEALLY good quality!! 🙂

Of course volume (more items in a single set) comes with a price obviously, especially in 1/35, but it would be nice to be able to purchase a couple of sets and have enough items to properly fill up a couple of diorama's / vehicles.

So these are some items I would be interested in (I hope others will join in with their own ideas):

- Generic Bedrolls
- Bottles (in different sizes / types)
- Generic boxes (cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, metal boxes)
- Workshop Tools (shovels, hammers, screw drivers, cranks, pliers, etc) plus toolboxes (old style wood and new style metal)
- Helmets (WWII in my case: British, US, German -> because sometimes the ones in kits are really badly shaped!)

Those are just a couple of things off the top of my head 😉 but I'll give it some serious thought and present a small list of possible subjects while keeping in mind that they can't be too complex, or it will be very hard to impossible to recreate 🙂

I think ammunition is a bit of a tough cookie to crack, especially because it would need to be dimensionally accurate. I'm not sure if something like that is easy to do. I mean, it is already hard enough to find proper theoretical information on those subjects, let alone recreate them in resin 😉

I must say, if you could make the items you have presented here in your images in 1/35 as well, it would be really great! 😄 I would buy those!

But before you consider doing that, I think you should gauge interest on 1/35 first as well, like you did with these items. Otherwise you'd end up with something you've invested a lot of time and money in and which you can't sell. That wouldn't be good 😉

I think that lots of people do this stuff by themselves. Like scratchbuilding stuff for dios etc.. I really like scratchbuilding btw! 😄
