The propeller blades were square tipped in the kit, but all of TCA's Viscounts had rounded blades. I had to reshape all of them by sanding.

Yeah, the clear parts were horrible, so I filled them in completely. The decals had blacked out areas for them. It's a really old Hawk mould from the late fifties I think.

This is a Glencoe (the old Hawk mould) kit which I built for my sister who flew in this lovely airliner in the 60's.
