Not many parts but heaps of flash to clean up

The holes need to be drilled out for the wing location tabs

Interior is all PE

Starting to take shape

Dry fit of fuselage and wings.. holds nicely without glue

After all the work on the interior.. you can't see any of it

Assembly of the wings (should have preshaded them first)

The Flea comes together

Some light blue tinted Stynylrez primer

Such a cute tear drop shape

Needed some filling on the wing roots and injection holes

Doing the rib masking the hard way..

Masking was worth it to get the rib shade effect

Model knife for scale... this kit is tiny even in 1:48

A coat of baby blue and the preshading does it's trick under the paint

Now for the underside masking

Why do I torture myself with this? LOL

This "thing" popped up several times in the news feed recently....still can't get over its shape and what the designers were thinking😄 Maybe they were hoping the enemy pilots would not dare to shoot due to cuteness overload? I don't know..

The visabilty when landing was so bad the test pilots crashed the first few prototypes coming down... but in the air it was apparently very fast and agile.

That's an a nice build.What an interesting aircraft. I recently watched a Youtube video about it; quite fast for its' day apparently. It looks like a cartoon aeroplane. good job Harry.
