The great White shark
Kit comes with two different head sections. I will build them both but only the relaxed one goes to the model
Body inlay with stand
Body and fins
Diver
Cage
Some fins glued to the body
Head section 2 in progress
starting with the base
Mixture of birdcage sand, water and wood glue
some underwater plants from the aquarium store
all this sticked together...
50 shades of pink
huahhh...
Base is kind of ready
working on the seams..not so easy
because the material is a kind of soft plastic...argh...
...but it dives 🙂

I wonder if maybe some kind of special paint would be in order for this eh fish. 🙂
This is a type of model I can envision being immersed in goo, but afaik the Korean guy that did that with a small sub model, only made it work on his fifth attempt iirc. Problem was the goo created heat, and melted the model (though, a tiny model). Solution was to arrange for auxillary cooling during the hardening of the goo/liquid according to the guy.

Hey, there are not enough bodies to build two sharks. As you can see on the very first pic..there are two heads witch can be mounted to one body (pic 3).
Cheers mate 🙂
