I like the result ! But your comments make me wonder if I shall ever start this kit.
The shield placement is a big problem and the amount of PE you need not just glue but bend or roll, is significant. It's not a simple kit and easy to screw up to the point it's hard to correct. I'm not saying you shouldn't get it, just take into account what you are getting into. You can work around it and cut some corners and glue it differently and will not be too obvious in the end. It won't be correct, though, if that matters a lot to you.....

ML-20 howitzer is bringing fire down on fascist invader's heads.
Howitzer is a fine kit. No flash and some fine seam lines, some extra plastic on parts that need removing before assembly. Attention needs to be paid here so you don't cut part of piece by accident. Instructions are usual Trumpeter confusion where sub assembly begins in upper right corner, then flows down and to the left, where it meets anther sub assembly coming from middle down and both later meet one coming down from upper left. Each step has to be carefully examined before to avoid confusion. As usual with such kits preplanning is needed to determine which parts need to be left off the build for better painting. Parts generally fit nicely with few trims needed. Also parts are shaped so they fit only in right place (guide pins/holes, groove/ridge and such) which is much appreciated.
3 frets of PE are included but most of those parts seem to be PE for sole purpose that they can say "includes X amount of PE". I think most if not all of these
