Jon HI'm sure I could add some grey in random grey steaks, almost like you would for a wooden ships deck. I'm not sure if I will, because I was going for a 80s Britains Deetail Miniatures vibe, they just had solid black rubber bearskins.

Jon HThanks, much appreciated. I think that given he was started as a quick weekend build I'll leave him for now and find something else in my stash to try to complete.
