Looks great, you don't see many of these built, 1/18 is an unusual scale.

George, it's actually the ONLY 1/18 kit I've seen! I only bought & built it because Jacques Villeneuve drove it for the final 3 races of 2004 (and the final 3 races of his F1 career). As a Canadian, I was a fan of Jacques.

The disappointment about the kit for me, was that the decals allowed you to make up the cars for Fernando Alonso (#8) and Jarno Trulli (#7) but they didn't provide any decals for Jaques Villenuve (also #7). Jacques drove the car for the final 3 races after Jarno Trulli was fired. I could only find a half dozen or so images on the internet of Jacques Villeneuve in the car (I could tell by his distinctive helmet), and very few of them showed the car from an angle where the name was displayed. In those few pics, it didn't appear that his name was on the car, show I just left off the name, tossed the Jarno Trullli helmet decals, and hand-painted Jacques helmet colours on.

If you examine photo #21 of 29 and compare it to any shot of Alonso's car, you'll see that where 'F'ernando Alonso' appears on the side pods and intake ducts, they have been replaced on Jacques' car with the words 'Mild Seven'.

Quite nicely. The biggest problem was the quality of the decals. They were quite thin, tore easily and had a tendency to curl under as you were sliding them off the sheet. Being thin, they were also fairly translucent.
