Outdoor toilet
So. When I started, I didin't have a plan or blueprint of any kind, I was just bored, so just followed my muse, so to speak. This is made of matches.
Dark gray base.
Here comes the balsa wood.
A bit of weathering.
Started to look like something nice.
Lighter gray was used to do some more effects, also added a roll of toilet paper (made of printing paper) and an old Pravda magazine (found the image on the interwebz, scaled down to size, and printed it).
With the door attached with its working hinges.
Outside of the door.
This and the next step were a bit mixed, but what I did was hairspraying the whole thing, then with really thick white I painted over, then with water, I created the peeling effect.
The ivy on the sides is made of the "flower" of the birch. The small branches are thin grape roots. Using superglue, one by one the leaves were glues onto place. There are many faster ways, but... painted with oils.
Unpainted vs painted leaves.
One section done.
Another.
Yet another.
So, basically it is ready for the roof.
For the roof, I glued round toothpicks to a piece of plastic, then I cut one of my wife's baking forms, ... thanks honey 😄
Here it is applied.
Some rust with oils. It will be dirtier once the tree & all will be in place.

I did this toilet just for fun, actually when I made this, the whole diorama's idea didn't come to me yet.
