The kit comes with an engine that can be viewed through a removable hatch in the top of the fuselage

Major construction done. It was pretty straightforward, though there were some fit issues with the engine bulkhead but it was easily sorted

I opted to use Hataka red line paints and I was very impressed. I shall be using them again

I experimented and then regretted it. I use X22 and Mr Color Levelling Thinner as a gloss coat and as many of you know, it stinks! I tried brushing it on over the decals and it was a little ‘hot’ and some of the decals got a little cooked

I managed to sort some of the decals out however. This was done with an Ammo Mig sanding stick
