Fokker D.VII (late) "Otto", Baurose Jasta 71
Some trimming is needed to the Aviattic decals to better fit Eduard's cockpit
Added ignition wires to Eduard's resin engine
I've resumed working on this project after the 109Fs pause...
time for decaling!!!
time for decaling!!!
sick and tired of sticking minuscule decal rib tapes?
Well, take it easy!!!
Aviattic decals, what else?

Aviattic lozenge completed and Eduard decals placed and peeled...
Now for a protective satin coat
Now for a protective satin coat
slowly getting there...
nearly there...
Finished!!! This was a really enjoyable and fun build, I really liked every stages of it, thanks to Eduard's great kit engineering, Aviattic and Eduard decals, Gaspatch 3D Spandau 08/15,oil colours, Uniposca oil pastels and Tamiya pigment and last but not least, Uschi Superfine elastic thread for the few rigging needed.
Thanks for following me in this build, now time to finish that second Fokker waiting in the queue!

Pic 10 could be bigger scale - only the thicker struts in pic 11 shows the real scale. Top work!

Thx a lot @ David, James and Andy, and to bughunter too: you are right, Eduard struts are thicker than Roden's ones, but the kit in its whole is better... it will be nice if someone will 3D print them in a more to-scale thickness!
