Engine, the color I want it to be.
Chassis, started on some detail.
Transmission in color.
Body and hood in primer.
Engine in chassis
Body in second coat of primer after 3000 sanding
Bottom chassis
Wheel and tire selection
Dash coming along
Interior
Wet sanded to 12000. This is actually mr surfacer black but it looked so good I stopped there.
A coat of clear and then a coat of pearl. Looks pretty sharp in person.
Getting the tub
Calling it done
Red line tires with mag wheels
Now I wish I would have went red on the engine block. Oh well

i agree: the box is too nice to throw in the trash. but the kit is also a good one. i built it a couple times and all was fitting perfect.
i`m watching 😉

I started to build this kit. I used Vallejo Model Color 70.972 (107) light green blue with Metal Medium for the engine- I think this blue is too dark.

I agree with Istavan, the engine blue is to dark. It should be more like a Turquoise leaning in the blue direction.

I'm not worried about what color something "should" be, I make them how I want them.
