The cockpit finally coming together on my Airfix A-4Q Skyhawk in 1/72 scale. This is my first time using a full cockpit resin set (Pavla C72110) and I will not be in a hurry to try a second. The parts weren't in great condition to start with, some bits malformed and others missing. The instructions are vague at the most key points.
I fear the remedial actions and cleanup once this cockpit is fully done will require even more time and effort. I wish I'd just stuck with the kit parts, this is supposed to be an easy kit to build.
Anyway, onwards and upwards.
