i've bought this kits on ebay and no word in the descriptions that they are started and one mostly completed.
so i decided to build both the same colors, so in some case, you see only one model building, but i'm building both nearby.
both will be blue/white with blue interior. no wiring, box stock.
as always i started to paint the base colors (gloss, semigloss and flat black , silver) and painted the interiors and engines.
No worries, i started this two couple weeks ago but the garden season takes his time also and i'm not always writing my progress. Sorry 🙂

Here they are 🙂 I think, "we" won't be dissapointed. I saw them on Sunday and ... well. Maybe I'm looking for a new leisure activity. They look great but it looks simple like usual. Simple work, great result. I don't know, where I'm losing so much time on my builds.

Thank you Brother, Jv 😉
Next "easy" step was to detailing the dashboards. for the different blueshades i used Pledge for the upper and bottom parts. also for the benches.
the chrom is handpainted with molotow fliud and brush. at least some tamiya panelline and close to assamble.

next was completing the interior from the first Bel Air.
before i made it, i overhauled the shifter while changing the thick pole to a 0.4mm silverwire.

in the meantime i painted some detail on the undercarriges and the engines. i decided to do without wiring.
sometimes, if you have to much on the bench "nerby" with more demanding models, you have to make a point and remind, in wich line the build will go. i will only will do the basics on them. good looking and done.
i painted on the on the completed chassis the rear/front axles gloss black and on both the fuelcell alumnium. also the engines got their paint so far.
next is to buy a new blue for the bodies...my paint gone empty. well done. never mind. so up to new paint and perhaps the final layer of paint 😉

I don't know why, but I thought the A and C fillers were reversed. It's an interesting design. 😉
