AMT 1960 Ford Starliner

The inspiration for the paint was a Ford Brochure I found in an antique shop. Didn't use the exact colors, but i found these interesting. This was a really nice kit, super detailed (upholstery is amazing, even has texture and a dome light on the headliner. Plus the tiny gunsights on the fenders!). Very detailed painting instructions included. First time doing BMF in about 30 years. The only real problem I found is you can't close the hood with the hinges on. Oh, well. Details: Exterior Paint: Tamiya light red Pearl, top is Tamiya Pure White. Interior: Dark color is custom mixed craft paints, light is Tamiya Purple and Tamiya White, custom mixed, Added: dip stick, valve stems, plug wires, battery cables. Mod Podge Dimensional on the backup lights. Bare Metal Foil.
