The kit is typical Monogram type, raised panel line with pilot. The fit is okay, definitely better than the kits from other manufacturer in the same period. However, the kit missed dorsal antenna, which I had to scrap built. The instruction missed several decal placement, such as formation lights at the side of fuselage behind wings and the decal placement for “MAG-32”. The Eduard PE parts is definitely improved cockpit and canopy, but the gun sight is too high to fit under the front canopy, and the aft canopy can’t closed without seam. The PE part for instrument panel is too wide, it is better to sand it down to better fit the front canopy. The gun pod is a disappointment, the barrel is not even round. I decided to leave as is, the fix could lead to other disaster.
