I am wondering how landing gear subassembly will fit; it will be next step.

The kit looks more "build friendly" than the DH88 Mikromir kit 1:48.
Looking forward to see the final result 👍🏻

Yep, Clear props brough realy high level of plastic kits. They are not same level as Tamyia/Eduard or...., but still very high.
Nice fitting and approximate details make a building friendly. Some small part surfaces keep milling prints due to local missing polishing of mould, but still fine.

Following closely your progress as I have an eye on this kit. Nice additions you make and valuable experiences you share.

This is a great kit, I have almost every version of it, in the Revell range. Building up the turbo can be a little tricky, but I don't remember anything too bad about it? Those chrome lights that fit on the back of the sleeper, could've been designed better, to fit? Oh, the tyres are a bit thin, so if you can source some different ones, you will be happy.

Yeah, I've got most of the Revell kits. Building this to attach to my Dunkin' Donuts trailer

I had to build custom drawers, for my trailer storage. With space fastly running out, it was the only solution. As my stash decreases, more shelves will be going up. Now I really need to stop collecting and start building! Looking forward to seeing your trailer on the back of this though 👍

I gotta admit, they look much better than the kit chrome. I've got a selection of different sized plastic tubes, to make my own tanks. Granted, it's still work, to get them right, but they are noticeable.
Yours look great though. Good job, mate 👍

That's an excellent combination!
I love that you used the Texas licence plate. Bob and his buddies, will be grateful for that trailer full of donuts! 😄

Ready for paint. A lot of flash on the smaller parts like headlight covers, all were scraped as thin as I dared to do.

Very impressive PE work, for sure. This looks like it's going to be a little gem 🙂

Thank you. Paint added. The different kinds of green on a sherman with regards to it's timeframe are endless, with this in regards, is it to dark for a sherman in the beginning of the normandy campaign?

Thx Alec, took some time, but resprayed the tank completely. Changed the mix to 40% buff and 40% olive drab and 20% clear...
