Michael KohlFollowing. Still struggling with my Revell/Modeltrans/OKB Grigorov Merk. Also bought the EMP3D ball and chain armour but see that you used the balls only. Anxious to hear why. Where did you find the super fine chain? I didn't.

Did a layer of hairspray then JA Green. Chipped the paint with brush and wooden dowl. Good to see the kit in green finally.

Blending coat with 75% XF-11 and 25% XF-2. It will probably go darker with the gloss varnish later.

JohnGreat start and cockpit. I am a big fan of the Tamiya kits from this era. A very fun "canvas" to play with for detailing and painting. They still hold up compared to modern tooling if done right.

AlbertoThanks John and Mark. The cockpit is excellent just OOB, considering the year this tool was released. And the kit is still pretty inexpensive these days.

Mark SherwoodMine did, when I applied the VMS Gloss on the Shiden, prior to decalling. Did lose a bit of subtly, but not much. Looking good so far Alberto.
