JASDF UH-60 Platz Duo 1/144
base for the rotor blades, those bars are far to big....
replaced one with metal rods, but they need to placed better
that is what i wanted.....
painted seat belts, added a center console... nothing will be visible, but i like it. i see now the ejector pins.... well, those will also not be visible later 😄 😄
another decal to make a top console. will be even more invisible (looks quite pixelated here, but is is much better in its real tiny size)
painted interior in dark grey/blue, visible since the plastic is transparent. masking of windows pending to be added
my first masks with the Silhuette Cameo. i see in the macro that one of them is not 100%, but too late to correct it 😛
used liquid masking in the windows with irregular volumenes

two tone Japanese camo, need to make some masking to make hard borders rather than soft ones, but it is looking nice. the second bird is now white, hopefully other colors to be added tomorrow
Started using the silhouette cameo, I can get better result than manually, I think. Will certainly use more of it in the future 🙂
Tamiya normal tape, curves tape, liquid mask.... multimedia masking 😛
Some retouching will be needed, a bit of color bleed under the masks (even more on the other side).
I wanted to remove the liquid masks before taking a few days off, but forgot....I hope I will not regret that....

Looking good! Shame the interior won't be seen. I like the soft camo of the blues, but if it is meant to be hard then so be it haha.

Thanks Peter. I may try to make it somewhere between soft and hard, need to experiment a bit

1/144 scale modeling is an artform in its own right! The quality you have achieved on this scale is unbeleivable!

thanks Miguel, not my best model, but quite happy about it. I need to finish several other long overdue 1/144 projects....

Exactly as Miguel writes; considering the scale, this is an amazing result! 👏👏👏
I like the one in the rescue color the best.

I 100% agree CptGPF, 1/144 is definitely an artwork of its own, I've got one little plane in that scale in progress but the difficulty in detailing etc is insane! These are amazing Spanjaard!!

thanks Michael, if you want detail, try a PE cockpit in 1/144 , that can be lots of fun.
do you have an album for your 1/144? I can not find it
