Well done. From what can be judged by the pics I think that you got a good color match. Maybe to straighted the chains a bit to make them look a bit more convincing. The balls actually shouldn't touch the hull, but that will be tricky to fix.

Oh man…
The chains and balls were tedious beyond belief. One has to imagine a static position for them and then set the alignment accordingly. I'll do that once all the finish is applied.The colors are all Vallejo. Not my favorite paint to work with but the colors are good!

I think I have a fair idea of the balls you needed for ghem balls and chains. I am still hesitating applying them to my scale 1:72 Merk.

I cut them from the sprue per the kit instructions. Extremely tedious at 1:35th scale. 1:72 would make my eyes bleed...
