Cockpit painted, drybrushed and weathered.

Right side of cockpit inside. Just painted, drybrushed the black parts and added depth with artist oil paints. Still needs a coat of matt varnish.

@Guido; the seams on the wings were puttied to make them smoother and thus creating lower drag. So I figured I'd do the same 😉

After a long time I continued with this kit. I forgot to make more pictures I'm afraid, so I only added one of the Mustang in it's white primer coat. After that I sprayed it completely black and made sure it was very smooth before applying Alclad aluminium. I did a few panels in a different shade of aluminium but that's hard to see in the pictures. I then clearcoated it and applied the decals.

Work in progress pictures of the first airplane I'll be building for over 20 years! This one will be completele OOB, no PE or anything as it's just a practice kit for a 1/48 Spitfire 😉
